If so, my client based in Hertford, is looking for a driven Project Administrator to join their growing team!

In this dynamic role, you will lead the implementation of their integrated software solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire implementation process, from initial consultation to final sign-off, ensuring a seamless transition and maximising the value they receive from our software.

While previous experience in project administration is desirable, it's not essential. Your analytical skills, ability to perform under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and love of problem-solving are what would be valued most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful software deployment.
• Understand client business needs, provide expert guidance, and build lasting relationships.
• Define, configure, and test solutions while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Provide training sessions, create user manuals, and offer ongoing client support.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and enhance implementation strategies.
• Plan tasks, manage issues logs, host project meetings, and oversee UAT testing.

The successful candidate will have:

• Attention to detail and good telephone manner required.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• IT Literate Inc. Word, Outlook & Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
• A "can do" attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
