Property Manager - Leading Estate Agent in Hertford

*Property Management experience is essential*

Salary up to £30k+ & opportunity to earn commission on top of salary

5 day working week - Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00

Every other Saturday 9:30 - 15:30 - Day off during the week when Saturday is worked

Property Manager duties include but not limited to:

Arranging new tenancies and handling the move-in process
Respond and deal with any repairs and maintenance that are required on the portfolio
Offer advice to landlords and tenants for any problems related to the property
Inspection reports when required and send feedback to the landlord
Ensure a smooth move out process at the end of a tenancy and deal with any deposit returns
To ensure that the portfolio is all up to date with compliance and current legislation
