Property Manager - HertfordUp to £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
Monday to Friday 08:30am - 6pm, 1 Saturday a month 9am - 5pm (day off in Lieu)
Driver & own car required
Our client is a market leading Estate Agent in Hertford. An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager with around 2-3 year’s experience to join their busy & friendly team. Candidates with previous experience in this role is essential.

We need a dedicated Property Manager whose main purpose is to upkeep the established portfolio, guaranteeing a superior level of satisfaction. Working with a great team you will be responsible for all aspects of property management.

Responsibilities includes:
- Overseeing your own portfolio
- Arranging maintenance and contractor visits
- Processing tenancy swaps
- End of tenancy processing
- General enquiries
- Collection of rents. Payments to landlords
- Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
Requirements for this role:
- Minimum of 2-3 year’s experience
- ARLA qualified preferential
- Driver with own vehicle
- Ability to handle and resolve Customer complaints.
- Well organised and an excellent multitasker
- Great customer service attitude
