 Skills and experience.(Reporting to Maintenance Facilities Supervisor)Lead Teams of Maintenance Facilities Operatives to ensure all PPM’s/Periodic Tests/Visual Inspections carried out to set standards on Fire Detection/Protections/Boilers/AHU/Air Con/Lighting/Heating/Plumbing Systems and any other equipment relevant to upkeep of the building.
