Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: Hessle/Hybrid workingSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceThe role of Digital Marketing Manager offers an opportunity to lead impactful online strategies within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering innovative campaigns aimed at both distribution channels and end consumers.The Role:Reporting to the Head of Digital Analysis and Research, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of digital strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration with offline initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting, implementing, and evaluating digital marketing strategies and campaigns tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Collaborating with the internal stakeholders to agree and drive campaigns.
  • Taking the lead on digital profiling and online strategy.
  • Developing targeted campaigns that address distribution partners and direct consumers.
  • Analysing campaign outcomes, benchmarking against objectives and competitor performance.
  • Managing digital sales leads and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating with external agencies for paid media and web development.
Candidate Requirements:The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in planning and managing end-to-end digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Ability to design messaging that resonates with both distribution partners and consumers.
  • Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP or equivalent CRM systems.
