Your Role as a Paraplanner

Reporting to the Senior Paraplanner, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of the financial planning process is executed with precision and care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting detailed financial planning and suitability reports to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • Ensuring all client files and compliance documentation meet our high standards.
  • Conducting thorough research, obtaining valuations, and handling tax calculations.
  • Collaborating with advisers and our Proposition Team to maintain a seamless client experience.
  • Continuously enhancing your expertise in line with our CPD and training schemes.

What You’ll Bring to the Paraplanning team:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Qualifications: CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a paraplanning role.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (bonus if you know Intelligent Office).
  • Mindset: A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
