Your Role:

Reporting directly to our Executive Director, you’ll oversee and inspire a team of  paraplanners. You’ll champion excellence in the new business journey—from research and reporting to ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key highlights include:

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Leading weekly team meetings and monthly one-to-ones to motivate, guide, and allocate work.
  • Supporting training initiatives, writing processes, and improving team efficiency.
  • Attending management meetings to provide strategic input and relay updates to leadership.

Paraplanning Expertise:

  • Crafting detailed suitability reports and letters tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.
  • Managing client files, conducting tax calculations, and maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
  • Liaising with providers for illustrations and valuations to support client outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • Qualifications: CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential), working towards Level 6 Chartered Financial Planner.
  • Experience: Proven paraplanning expertise and previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisation, communication, and leadership capabilities. A keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of English and maths.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Intelligent Office is a bonus.
