They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process allowing them to secure a 5 star home builder rating. This company have ambitious growth plans for the next few years and therefore are looking to expand their commercial department. To assist with the current grow plans they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.Despite building large developments this company also offer owners a more bespoke design and build service to their buyers providing a unique variety within the role making this a great time to join the business.In this Quantity Surveyor role you will work in Hull within an experienced Commercial department. In this role you will oversee the cost control of residential developments, conducting Bill of quantities, take offs and monthly valuations through to final accounts. You will also be required to conduct regular site visits.The ideal candidate will have previous Quantity Surveying experience, working on residential projects, who is looking to join a residential housebuilder who have a strong focus on quality alongside strong growth plan and progression opportunities.
