Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Facilities Management, and a solid understanding of Supply Chain operations. In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high-quality standards, and assist in optimizing processes across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage workflows, address operational challenges, and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control:

    • Oversee and monitor all quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
    • Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production and operational processes to identify potential improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across all operations.
  2. Facilities Management:

    • Coordinate and monitor daily facilities operations, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed.
    • Manage inventory of facility-related supplies, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
    • Ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly followed within the workplace.
  3. Operational Efficiency:

    • Track and report on key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process optimization.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational workflows.
    • Ensure timely resolution of operational issues, coordinating with relevant teams to address any disruptions.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Support the Operations Director with tasks.
    • Help facilitate training sessions for new team members on quality and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, quality assurance, quality control, or facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and practices.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ISO standards or other industry certifications in quality management.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of facilities management software or tools.
