Working in one of the regions most prestigious hotels, Langley Castle is rated 4* (Silver) and has been awarded 2 rosettes for its dining.
Our kitchen team is the heart of the hotel, and we are seeking a strong, motivated and experienced breakfast chef who will cater for up to 70 guests.
Responsibilities will include:
Being trained in and adhere to food safety standards, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times we expect to maintain a 5* Hygiene rating at all times
Prepare, cook and execute food to a high-quality set standard.
Be responsible for own section and help others.
Follow health & safety and other guidelines set in place
Maintain the highest food hygiene level and safety standards.
Be passionate about providing the best experience for our guests.
Work well in an intimate team setting.
Have impeccable time management skills.
A minimum of two years in a similar position.
Hold a current Level 2 Food Safety in catering certificate.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Live-in may be available for the correct candidate.
