Langley Castle is one of the regions most prestigious hotels, rated 4* (Silver) and has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for its dining.
Due to increasing levels of business we are now looking to increase the size of the team and are therefore looking for our next superstar!
You will be joining our kitchen team which is the heart of the hotel, providing breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, relaxed dining, banqueting and of course fine dining for our guests, both resident and non resident.
The main aspects of the job role will be to assist with all aspects of food preparation and service as well as maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and surroundings.
You will already have had some experience working in a busy kitchen in either a hotel or a restaurant however the key for us is that you are willing to learn, have attention to detail, a great work ethic and a passion for serving great food!
Live-in could also be provided should it be required

Pay: £11.75 per hour
