Senior Residential Conveyancer-Hexham 60K-70K
Looking to recruit a Senior Residential Conveyancer the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Conveyancing experience.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload & be fully conversant with the full conveyancing process with excellent technical knowledge
Main responsibilities:-
- the ability to work to challenging timescales and to plan and organise effectively
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with dedication to providing exceptional client service
- a willingness to contribute to the success of the whole team
This is a full time office based role worked over 5 days.
The successful candidate will ideally be a licensed Conveyancer or Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience to run a caseload of residential conveyancing and property matters to include, Sales, Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold, New- Build, Unregistered, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy and Help to Buy.
