Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a Property Management Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic team, supporting the management of an expanding property portfolio across Northern England and Southern Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling client monies and managing purchase ledgers
- Handling credit control and processing agent fees
- Preparing rental statements and managing client funds
- Collaborating with property managers and the accounts team on bank reconciliations
- Managing deposits and liaising with clients, colleagues, and contractors
About You:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and stay calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service and a can-do attitude
- Experience in VAT and property-related accounts (preferred but not essential)
- Full driving license and own car required
