We are seeking a Property Management Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic team, supporting the management of an expanding property portfolio across Northern England and Southern Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciling client monies and managing purchase ledgers
• Handling credit control and processing agent fees
• Preparing rental statements and managing client funds
• Collaborating with property managers and the accounts team on bank reconciliations
• Managing deposits and liaising with clients, colleagues, and contractors

About You:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload and stay calm under pressure
• Excellent customer service and a can-do attitude
• Experience in VAT and property-related accounts (preferred but not essential)
• Full driving license and own car required
