Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to expert for spare parts sales and guidance in the UK.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the UK Sales Manager.
- Process and approve orders using Movex.
- Handle customer and end-user enquiries via telephone and email.
- Liaise with technical teams to resolve technical parts queries.
- Provide training on the parts system to customers.
- Attend industry events and develop customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand UK parts sales.
- Prioritise urgent tasks while managing daily workloads effectively.
- Strive to deliver a market-leading spare parts sales service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in spare parts sales or a similar role.
- Qualifications in Maths and English.
- Experience in the UK agricultural or automotive spare parts sector (desirable).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability and a willingness to support colleagues.
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service excellence.
- Good understanding of the importance of a reliable and fast spare parts service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ideally experience with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
Salary
- 15-16 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Annual performance-based bonus.
