What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?
Working as part of a small team you will be carrying out a busy and varied role. Duties will include:
- Working in a busy sales office, handling sales and account enquiries
- Liaising with a wide range of wholesales customers from small companies to large well known organisations
- Inputting orders received via phone and email
- Dealing with pricing, stock and delivery queries
- Co-ordinating with supplier and other internal departments
- Handling quality issues and dealing with returns
- Liaising with carriers regarding deliveries
- The role will involve making some outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers - NO COLD CALLING
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar sales administrator or other office based customer service / admin role
- General IT skills with experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good phone manner and the ability to build relationships
- Confident and friendly
- A friendly team player
- Due to the office location, you will realistically need your own transport
