Bookkeeper | Heywood | Salary: £33k DOE
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm
Our client is a well established and successful family run business who are a national organisation! They are actively recruiting for a Bookkeeper on a full time basis. Responsibilities for a Part time Bookkeeper (but not limited to):
- Preparing month and year end accounts
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and submissions
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase ledger and Sales Ledger
- Payroll - both weekly and monthly using Sage for small team
- Minimum 2 years experience within Bookkeeping
- AAT Level 3 or 4 qualification
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Flexible and adaptable
- Self-motivated
- Team player, along with strong communication skills
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands
- Proficient IT skills including Excel and knowledge of Sageline 50 is essential
