This role involves supporting the Production Manager in various daily organisational tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Key Responsibilities:
Complete work orders assigned by internal sales teams.
Collaborate with team members to manage weekly workload effectively.
Interpret technical drawings and work to varying tolerances.
Operate and inspect measuring equipment.
Conduct first-off and last-part inspections.
Manage tool storage and request replacement tooling when necessary.
Recycle materials where appropriate.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong health and safety awareness.
Need to be Skilled CNC Machinist.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
