I am looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a very reputable organisation in Heywood.
Working alongside the HR team and the Finance Director, your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing day-to-day HR operations following in line with the company policies
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support employees and management with any concerns.
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
- Support the business with any changes in law in conjunction with our external HR legal advisors
- Support managers with conduct or performance triggers Assist in identifying and implementing training needs.
Ideally you will have:
- CIPD Level 5
- TUPE experience
