Service Coordinator. Heywood. £24,150 p/a + on call allowance of £83 per month
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award winning, thriving business at their offices in Heywood. Joining the service team, your duties will include;
- Taking calls and emails from customers reporting faults and breakdowns of equipment
- Logging on the system and establishing whether under manufacturers warrantee or chargeable
- Locating the nearest available sub-contractor to attend national call outs
- Prioritising urgent breakdowns and working to SLA's
- After training, you will be put on the on-call rota every 4th or 5th weekend where you will take home the company mobile, go about your weekend as usual, but be there to take calls if they come through.
To be successful, you will have previous experience as a Service Coordinator, have strong communication skills and be able to follow a process in a methodical manner.
