Salary up to £40,000 (DOE) + Hybrid Working

We’re looking for a Service Charge Specialist with experience in QUBE (this is a must) and property experience to join a fantastic property business based near High Wycombe. This will be a 3 month FTC with only one day per week required in the office, with the possibility of going permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enhance and manage property service charge processes.
• Oversee timely and accurate service charge payments.
• Improve accounts systems and ensure team compliance.
• Assist the Property Management Accountant.
• Support property managers and verify work in Qube.
  
  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• QUBE System experience is a must.
• Previous experience within the property sector. 
• Accountancy qualifications are desirable.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  
  

SALARY & PERKS:

• Competitive salary of up to £40,000, but this is dependant on accounting experience.
• Fantastic hybrid working policy - just one day per week required in the office.
• Possibly becoming a permanent position.
  
  

LOCATION:

This role is based in High Wycombe, but is hybrid with only one day per week required in the office.
