Sonic Summary

The Accounts Assistant position requires the candidate to work in the office from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9am to 5pm.
Candidates should possess good Excel skills, including proficiency in VLook Ups and Pivot Tables.
Key responsibilities include managing the sales ledger, purchase ledger, and expense payments, as well as handling supplier queries and cash reconciliation.
The role also involves monitoring credit limits, chasing outstanding invoices, and opening new accounts.
The job offers a competitive salary, and candidates are expected to have prior experience in a similar role.

The successful Accounts Assistant will be required to be office based Monday to Friday working 9am - 5pm.

You will have good Excel skills including VLook Ups and Pivot Tables

Expense Payments

Dealing with supplier queries

Cash reconciliation and allocation

Monitoring Credit Limits
