Our client is based in the heart of High Wycombe and are looking for an experienced IFA administrator. Working within a small but effective team providing a meaningful support to the wider team. Our client prides themselves on providing high quality and individualised service to each of their customers.
The Role:
- Process and manage all administrative duties from start to finish
- Process and prepare new business enquiries and informative packs and products.
- Audit and prepare clients packs, monitor and track the progress from start to finish
- Review client reports when needed
- Respond to client enquiries via email or telephone, whilst providing a high level of customer service
- Ensure up-to-date procedures are followed and applied to daily tasks
About You:
- Ideally working within an IFA setting or Financial Services role
- You will be organised and a forward thinker
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT skills - ideally experienced using Microsoft Office, Intelligent Office (IO), PaperCloud and other provider platforms
- Have a drive to deliver results and work effectively in a timely manner
