The Company

An expanding, global business with a brand new headquarters in Buckinghamshire, are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role

Working within a busy team, this role is pivotal to the successful support operation that they have in place, ensuring a first class service is delivered at all times to uphold their impeccable reputation. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth business processes.
  • Support management with reporting, data entry, and documentation.
  • Coordinate between departments to streamline work flows and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with procurement, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Handle customer and stakeholder inquiries with professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

About You

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function, but if not, you must be able to come in and learn quickly 'on the job’, whilst already possessing strong Excel skills. Key attributes/skills desire:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levels.
  • Accurate and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
  • Enjoys a busy role that is heavily data focussed.
  • Strong team player and happy to help out others when required.

The Package

  • Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE.
