A well established and global organisation in High Wycombe are seeking an experienced PA/Office Administrator to join them.

Your new role
As the PA/Office Administrator, you will be focused on providing excellent service to our internal and external customers/colleagues through a flexible and can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete Events Management and Travel (Accommodation, flights, etc.)
  • Complete Office Admin & Co-ordination
  • Operations (Archiving, H&S, end-to-end office administration)
  • Stock management
  • Adhoc business support

What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in applying for the position of PA/Office Administrator, you will have the following:

  • Experience of working with a team to ensure objectives are met and the ability to work on own initiative to get things done.
  • Attention to detail - to focus on completeness and accuracy at all times.
  • Organised - ability to work independently, organising and prioritising workload effectively, to ensure completion of given tasks in a timely manner.
  • Adaptability - is able and willing to carry out a wide variety of tasks as part of the day to day work schedule.
  • Ability to learn - quickly learns and understands new information and skills, seeking help where necessary.
  • Efficiency - focusses on objectives and tasks in hand, is able to allocate time appropriately for the completion of given tasks.
  • Computer literate - previous Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Self-starter with a 'can do' approach
  • Positive outlook - to remain calm and professional at all times
