About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Account Coordinator to join our small, casual team in High Wycombe. This role involves participating in various events, which may require overtime and the possibility of staying late as you assist in hiring out event equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes to clients, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client data, including addresses and contact information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure professional representation.
  • Inform hire customers about our offerings.
  • Provide monthly updates to management, including figures, number of quotes, and reflections.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and follow up with clients for feedback after quotes and hires.
  • Reach out to clients who haven't been in contact for the last 6 months.
  • Keep records of customer requirements that cannot be fulfilled.
  • Manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Stay informed about relevant technology and understand the products you work with.
  • Develop a network for sub-hiring regularly used equipment.
  • Share findings with the sales team during weekly meetings.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure/to deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Adaptability and ability to transfer knowledge within the team and to customers.
  • Ability to comply with company policies and codes of conduct.
