Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are on the search for an experienced Sales Account Manager to work for a local, industry leading company. Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm GBP35k basic + commission The main duties of the Sales Account Manager are: 路 Responsible for ongoing prospecting of new business sales via cold calling and lead generation. 路 Perform to achieve the new business sales target set which will be reviewed annually. 路 Following initial training and a trial period, striving to achieve the first year new business sales target of approximately GBP75,000 - GBP100,000, moving to an annual new business sales target year two of approximately GBP250,000. 路 New business sales are considered to be new customers to the company or customers who have not worked with the company for a period of more than 12 months. There will be 5% commission paid on new business sales turnover for the first 12 months the customer works with the company. After 12 months, these customers become house accounts and will be excluded from future new business sales target and commission payments. 路 Responsible for maintaining a sufficient volume of sales and prospecting activity to meet your new business sales target. 路 Ongoing management of any new business accounts written and the day-to-day management of existing house accounts. 路 Writing business at a profitable margin level after costs are deducted. 路 Collecting all outstanding debts from on boarded business and ensure the company does not extend credit beyond the customers capabilities to pay. Commission will only be paid on settled invoices. 路 Ensure all departments have all the necessary information to product orders (e.g. templates, work tickets delivery dates, etc.) 路 Ensure the accounts department has the necessary information to invoice for work produced. 路 Responsible for sales pipeline planning and regular business reviews. The key requirements of the Sales Account Manager are: 路 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 路 Always presentable. 路 Confident personality and willing to visit prospective and existing clients. 路 Sales target driven, eager to exceed expectations.
