Area Sales Manager - 55,000 - 65,000 + Bonus Scheme
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our key client to cover their APAC Region.
This role would ideally suit someone who is in the UK who can travel to customer sites across the APAC regions including Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, India and other Far East regions.
This role would suit someone with at least 8 years' experience in a Global Sales role who can act as a Hunter to search new business to sell company products to Global Distributors and affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of products across the regions
- Travel internationally to distributors and affiliates to sell products as well as train on their benefits and assist them in selling to end users
- Develop effective plans to meet and exceed sales targets focussing on existing and new accounts
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Key Attributes:
- 8+ years' experience in a similar Global/ International Sales role with experience selling products to the APAC regions
- Experience working within the Pharma, Medical Device, Healthcare or a similar sector ideal
- This will require someone with flexibility to travel abroad with little notice at times to visit customers.
- Technical competence and ability to pick up on the technical knowledge and principles of the company equipment
