My client is a well-established global SaaS enterprise with a robust market footprint. Following an internal advancement, they're searching for a skilled Marketing Manager to develop compelling cross-channel campaigns with demonstrable experience in a product-focused marketing environment. The ideal candidate will show strength in sales enablement, value proposition development, identifying sales cycle gaps, and partnering with sales teams to address them - all for their cutting-edge B2B platform-as-a-service offering to enhance workplace experience within large corporations.

Location: Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in their offices near Hemel Hempstead

AS MARKETING MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Building compelling product propositions and optimising product websites to drive conversion
  • Developing sales enablement materials and strategies to help close deals effectively
  • Identifying engagement gaps during customer onboarding and spotting partnership opportunities
  • Creating assets for paid media channels and coordinating product collateral for sales teams
  • Managing social media presence, supporting events, and developing client case studies
  • Analysing performance metrics across marketing channels to optimise campaign effectiveness

THE IDEAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in B2B2C and B2B environments
  • Demonstratable experience with a product-focused marketing environment with strength for sales enablement, value proposition development, spotting sales cycle gaps, and partnering with sales to fill the gap.
  • Advanced creativity, innovation skills, and exceptional communication abilities
  • Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities
