National Sales Manager

Dental

£70k-£80k basic + bonus + car/allowance

Remote with UK travel

A well recognized and established manufacturer of dental products that has been established for over 50 years. With a strong family focused culture and lots of ambition they are now looking to add a National Sales Manager to the UK business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working to achieve company and team revenue and profit budgets
  • Manage sales budgets, lead a regional sales team and work alongside the Customer Services team
  • Set specific goals and targets regarding their accounts or regions
  • Create sales plans using market data, statistics and trends
  • Travel throughout the UK and Ireland to manage and support the sales team, customers, clients, roadshows conferences and exhibitions.
  • Manage Top 20% of the UK customer base
  • Build strong, long term business relationships
  • Support marketing team
  • Support the Directors to improve existing sales processes, introduce new ideas and raise standards of customer care.

To be considered you will have:

  • A strong career history managing a sales team
  • A full understanding of sales processes from start to finish
  • Experience in a range of roles covering Regional Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service
  • An understanding of the Dental sector is ideal but not essential as long as you have experience of the medical industry and the sales channels
  • Innovative ideas to help progress sales and grow revenue
