About the Company
- 2Seck Recruitment Ltd are working with an established Building Contractor with a turnover of over £30 million per annum.
- They are looking to recruit a talented Trainee Estimator to join their team in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, working on projects in the Construction Industry.
- Project values are typically between £½ million - £5 million.
- The company are involved in a variety of projects including Offices, Hotels & Airports.
About the Role
- Your role will be estimating and tendering on projects in the Built environment.
- You will analyse proposals, specifications, drawings, samples and related documents, identify requirements and prepare appropriate tenders.
- You will offer technical and commercial support on projects.
- Your role will be mainly office based but site visits when required.
About You
- You will have gained some experience within the construction industry.
- You have a keen interest in Estimating or seeking a career as an Estimator.
- Someone with an eye for detail and good on computer systems.
- They will support your career development through mentoring, training and further academic training (training budget available)
- Ideally a Relevant Qualification in Construction (HND, BSc etc)
What is on offer?
On offer for this Trainee Estimator position:
- Basic salary in the region of £18,000 - £22,000 circa p.a. DOE
- Pension
- Holidays per annum plus Bank Holidays
- Apprenticeship / Training Allowance
