The company, established over 30 years ago, specializes in precision engineering for the Formula One industry.
The position offers a salary of £22 to £25 per hour, depending on experience, with a working schedule of 44 hours per week.
Candidates must have previous experience with CNC turning using Mazak machinery and programming with Mazatrol controls.

Contek Recruitment are currently working with a reputable precision engineering company, located inHigh Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We are now looking for a skilledCNC Turnerto join the team on afull-time, permanentbasis.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:Our client was established over 30 years ago as a spark & wire erosion company but has evolved over the years into a purpose built machining facility to cater for the Formula One industry.

With their Buckinghamshire based team of highly trained precision engineers,they are capable of manufacturing the most complex of components to the tolerances and lead times required from this industry. Theirversatility and state-of-the-art machinery allows for a wide range of components to be completed in-house, for a wide range of highly-reputable Formula One teams.

PAY:£22 - 25per hour (Depending on experience)

WORKING HOURS:Monday to Thursday (08:00am until 18:00PM) and Friday (08:00am until 17:00 PM) - 44 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working on a Mazak QuickTurn Nexus 250 CNC lathe.
Programming using Mazatrol software at the machine.
Producing precision parts to extremely tight tolerances for a number of highly-reputable Formula One clients.
Meeting work deadlines and following 5S standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience within CNC turning using Mazak machinery is required.
Previous experience programming using Mazatrol controls is required.
A committed and driven approach to work.
Ambition to stay with the company long-term.
To have a hardworking approach towards daily requirements.
To be able to work unsupervised.
To be positive and self-motivated.
