About the Role: In this exciting position, you’ll predominantly work with internal stakeholders (with some client interaction when needed) to deliver outstanding retail marketing projects and campaigns. From shop fit outs to pop-up shops and retail displays, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll collaborate closely with their account management, design, engineering, warehouse, and installation teams, supporting Project Managers in all aspects of project delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job, gain hands-on experience, and develop into a seasoned Project Manager over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project workflows, from initial concept to final delivery and implementation.
- Support Project Managers with brief-taking, project planning, and execution..
- Learn and apply best practices in fabrication, construction methods, and material selection.
- Manage project milestones and timelines, ensuring everything stays on track.
- Create and maintain project reports, estimates, and schedules.
- Oversee purchase orders, cost tracking, and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements, including preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Contribute to achieving project and business KPIs, consistently improving service levels.
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for project management, 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and a keen eye for detail.
Salary – Up to £35K
