Our client specialises in delivering state-of-the-art retail solutions for some of the world's most recognised brands. From flagship stores to bespoke retail executions, they seamlessly combine insight, creativity, and technical expertise to create unforgettable experiences. Their comprehensive services span design, production, installation, and fulfilment—all underpinned by a commitment to quality and innovation.

As part of their ongoing growth, they’re looking to expand their project delivery team with a talented Project Manager.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional retail marketing projects and campaigns, contributing to the growth of the business and its market share. Collaborating with internal teams and occasionally interacting with clients, you will manage all aspects of projects, including Shop fit, Shop-in-Shop, Retail Display, and Pop-Up Shop projects.

From initial concepts to final delivery, you will oversee project workflows, account management, creative design, purchasing, and budget control to deliver outstanding results on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Project Ownership: Take full ownership of each project, from receiving clear briefs to successful delivery.
  • Planning & Implementation: Manage project timelines, milestones, and quality control to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Account Management, Design, Engineering, Production) and external suppliers.
  • Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers regarding costs, lead times, construction methods, and quality assurance.
  • Budget Oversight: Own the project P&L, ensuring financial objectives are met and cost analyses are accurate.
  • Technical Expertise: Review technical drawings, prepare estimates, and ensure H&S, Risk, and Method Statements are completed.
  • Quality & Results: Deliver projects against KPIs and business objectives, continuously improving service levels.
  • Documentation: Produce comprehensive O&M Manuals and other required project documentation.

Salary  - Up to £45K

Location – Based between both offices in Northampton / High Wycombe
