- Project Management: Oversee projects from order to commissioning, ensuring all stages meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
- Information Verification: Obtain and verify the latest project information to ensure the compatibility of ordered items with the client’s building specifications.
- Client Relations: Manage client expectations, create and adhere to delivery schedules, and guarantee timely delivery of goods.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support to both colleagues and clients regarding product performance and installation procedures.
- CAD Design: Produce CAD working and manufacturing drawings for bespoke items, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Experience in project management within construction or engineering sector
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Autodesk packages
- Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers
- Experience using CAD
- Able to work effectively as part of team whilst comfortably undertaking works and tasks in a self-autonomous environment.
