Position Summary:An exciting opportunity awaits a proactive and dedicated Community Manager to join our team at a premier Build to Rent (BTR) scheme in High Wycombe. We seek an enthusiastic individual with a passion for fostering community engagement, providing exceptional service to residents, and ensuring smooth property operations. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and the senior management team, shaping a vibrant living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement & Resident Relations:

    • Act as the welcoming face for all residents, nurturing a positive and community-focused atmosphere.
    • Drive community activities that enhance resident interaction, build a sense of community, and promote engagement.
    • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns courteously and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Operations & Maintenance Oversight:

    • Oversee in-house maintenance personnel, contracted housekeeping, and security services, ensuring all operational standards are met.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, proactively address maintenance needs, and provide incident reports for any property-related issues.
    • Identify and recommend redecoration or refurbishment projects to optimize property value and appeal.
  • Financial & Budget Management:

    • Assist in the development of annual operating budgets, lettings plans, and forecasts.
    • Review monthly and quarterly financial reports, contributing to operational insights and reporting to senior management.
    • Drive revenue-generating activities and identify opportunities to enhance property income.
  • Marketing & Leasing:

    • Oversee property marketing, including online advertising, collateral updates, and market trend evaluation.
    • Manage lease expiration profiles, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and monitor KPIs on rental growth, void loss, and customer satisfaction.
