As Credit Control Specialist, you’ll play a key role within the Finance team, becoming an integral part of a dynamic group of credit controllers. You will also be the point of contact for any queries and will work with complex accounts to help resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Work with more complex accounts and queries
- Take ownership of chasing and collecting outstanding payments
- Secure payments through both phone and email communication
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve customer queries, particularly for complex accounts
- Update internal systems with accurate records of all customer communications
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Credit Control or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with a passion for fostering and maintaining relationships
