As Credit Control Specialist, you’ll play a key role within the Finance team, becoming an integral part of a dynamic group of credit controllers. You will also be the point of contact for any queries and will work with complex accounts to help resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Work with more complex accounts and queries
  • Take ownership of chasing and collecting outstanding payments
  • Secure payments through both phone and email communication
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve customer queries, particularly for complex accounts
  • Update internal systems with accurate records of all customer communications

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Credit Control or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for fostering and maintaining relationships
