Description
Duties for Credit Controller:
- Handle a list of people who owe money
- Contact them by phone and email to collect payments
- Solve problems related to unpaid debts
- Work out payment plans
- Check and change credit limits
- Create credit notes
- Help with monthly reports
- Do other tasks to assist the manager
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A solid understanding of credit control procedures.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Good Excel skills ideally including look ups and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Offer
What's on offer for the successful Credit Controller:
- Hybrid working, Tuesdays & Wednesdays in the office.
- 9am - 5pm working week with 4:30pm finishes on a Friday.
- 3 month temporary with the potential to go permanent.
- Free onsite parking.
- £15 - £19 an hour depending on experience.
- High Wycombe based head office.
