Description

Duties for Credit Controller:

  • Handle a list of people who owe money
  • Contact them by phone and email to collect payments
  • Solve problems related to unpaid debts
  • Work out payment plans
  • Check and change credit limits
  • Create credit notes
  • Help with monthly reports
  • Do other tasks to assist the manager

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A solid understanding of credit control procedures.
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Good Excel skills ideally including look ups and pivot tables
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
