Our wonderful, well established client are purveyors of finely crafted products proudly made in England and are now looking to expand upon their existing customer services/order management team. Their clients are retailers including the likes of John Lewis and Fenwicks, so candidates applying with B2B customer service experience would have a natural advantage.
Duties include:
- Order processing via phone & email
- trouble shooting product issues
- having in-depth knowledge of product ranges (new and old)
- Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers to ensure superior service
- Up selling to new and existing customers
- Rejuvenation of business
- Send out samples- follow up
- Taking incoming Sales calls in absence of Sales Team
- Operate Live Chat System
- Work as part of a team
