Our wonderful, well established client are purveyors of finely crafted products proudly made in England and are now looking to expand upon their existing customer services/order management team. Their clients are retailers including the likes of John Lewis and Fenwicks, so candidates applying with B2B customer service experience would have a natural advantage.

Duties include:

  • Order processing via phone & email
  • trouble shooting product issues
  • having in-depth knowledge of product ranges (new and old)
  • Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers to ensure superior service
  • Up selling to new and existing customers
  • Rejuvenation of business
  • Send out samples- follow up
  • Taking incoming Sales calls in absence of Sales Team
  • Operate Live Chat System
  • Work as part of a team
