Sales Administrators - Princess Risborough - Ā£30-32K

My client is a growing distribution Company in the Food Industry sector who are looking for experienced Sales Administrators on a permanent basis.

This is a Hybrid opportunity based in High Wycombe, they are due to move in the summer, so the successful candidate must be happy to relocate to Princess Risborough.

This role would suit someone that is very good on MS Excel, enjoys analysing and handling data.

Requirements:

  • SAP desirable
  • Strong Excel skills, comfortable with Pivot tables and formulas.
  • Ability to work both remotely and in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Process customer orders and monitor stock levels.
  • Manage core customer data.
  • Review wash plans daily and update orders for planning.
  • Plan demand and supply.
  • Resolve depot errors and correct systems and reports.
  • Reconcile depot recollection variances.
  • Balance customer orders
  • Address customer complaints.
  • Process recollection entries on SAP daily.
  • Maintain and issue various internal reports weekly and monthly.
  • Book transport as needed.
  • Perform duties as required to meet changing service needs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Self-motivation, results orientation, and excellent organisational skills.
  • A methodical approach with keen attention to detail.
