Fantastic opportunity to join an international company based in High Wycombe. We are looking for a customer focused, personable and friendly candidate to join the customer service team and develop their long term career.

The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing service excellence and supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software, and supporting customer service initiatives. This is an entry level role into the business and could suit

- an A-Level or college leaver

- someone with retail /hospitality experience looking for their first office based role

The role comes with an excellent training programme.

Duties include

  • Provides the best possible service and support to customers via web, email, chat and fax
  • Processes customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems
  • Researches and expedites customer requests
  • Supports the local Service & Sales team, and provides support for other teams when needed

Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (hospitality/retail, etc)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good MS Office and data entry skills
  • GCSE's in Maths and English
  • Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels
