Customer Service Advisor Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (40 hours) GBP27,000 - GBP29,000 per annum Permanent role Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our local well established, nationwide client. You will be sales minded with a proactive approach to your work whilst providing excellent customer service. The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor are: 路 Handle incoming phone calls and emails from an established customer base. 路 Process quotes for tenders and then converting quotes to orders. 路 Interpret customer needs and process orders on the computer in a fast paced environment until invoiced. 路 Maintain a high level of customer service at all times whilst understanding the motivations and needs of the customer. 路 General admin duties. The key requirements of the Customer Service Advisor include: 路 High energy individual with exceptional motivating skills. 路 Be proactive and able to work on own initiative. 路 Process driven and able to work with clearly defined procedures. 路 IT literate including Microsoft Office. 路 Able to build and nurture long term relationships with customers. 路 Have a competitive nature to win in a competitive market. 路 Always able to look for creative ways to improve the business. 路 Able to initiate, manage and adapt to change. 路 An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills. 路 Able to develop, maintain and exploit strong internal and excellent external relationships at all levels. 路 Be able to stay calm and operate in a fast paced environment.
