Job Title Customer Service Agent | Location High Wycombe (HP12 3QS)

So, what’s it all about?

As our next Customer Service Agent, you will be instrumental in both inbound and outbound call experience. Your remit will be to support customers placing orders and consumers with complaints or queries.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong team player, able to work on your own initiative and under pressure. Working with a team of colleagues, you will be responsible for taking and making calls, dealing with complaints, handling social media complaints, and addressing delivery enquiries from customers.

You're not the type to be overwhelmed by the pace of the work. This role isn't a data entry role.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and closely with stakeholders. You will be given the chance to gain skills and knowledge of how other departments work.

As a Customer Service Agent, you are a strong team player, able to work on your own initiative, and under pressure. You would thrive on working with other departments and gaining knowledge of the wider business. Your remit would be to support customers placing orders and consumers with complaints or queries.
