Overview:We are seeking a hands-on Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver first-class service to our Centre’s customers and visitors. This varied role involves handling multiple tasks and ensuring business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors.
  • Perform reception duties professionally and courteously.
  • Answer and manage switchboard calls promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
  • Operate standard office equipment (PC, phone, photocopier).
  • Prepare meeting rooms and manage refreshments.
  • Ensure reception and common areas are clean and tidy.
  • Follow and enforce safety procedures.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Participate in Centre audits and maintain high standards.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts, including Centre tours.
