Our well-established client, based in Slough, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the front desk and to deliver a first-class professional customer service to its guests. The successful candidate will be friendly and personable with a good understanding of IT systems.

  • Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm plus benefits.
  • Salary up to £26k depending on experience plus bonus scheme up to £1k per annum.
  • On-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle day-to-day front of house enquiries.
  • Answer the switchboard and maintain a rapid response rate according to the agreed standards.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers and other members of staff clearly and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, managers and the general public.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and service of refreshments.
  • Handle all customer/ visitor enquiries in a courteous and friendly manner. Keep the reception and common areas clean and tidy at all times.
  • Order and maintain the correct amount of office supplies.
  • Ensure that Health & Safety processes are adhered to.
  • Handle all general admin duties.
  • Participate in Centre tours and become fully aware of our client's products and services.
  • Be willing to get involved with selling our client's products.

Key Skills:

  • Reception experience ideal
  • Strong (written & verbal) communication and diplomatic skills.
  • Flexible, self-motivated.
  • Well-presented.
  • Excellent customer service skills. Positive and happy attitude.
  • Attention to detail and extremely well organised.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • PC literate and knowledge of MS Suite.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Confidence to interact with a range of clients at all levels.
  • The ability to multitask.
