Salary:50,000 per annum + 20% Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated, team-oriented leader who can effectively supervise and inspire both individuals and teams. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and have a deep understanding of the needs of elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
- Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
- Lead and nurture a team, ensuring continuous improvement in care standards.
- Be available for emergencies outside of normal working hours.
Requirements:
- Nurse QualificationorNVQ Level 5(or higher) in care or relevant qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the care sector and regulatory frameworks for care homes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience managing care homes with evidence of strongCQC compliance.
- Experience with electronic care systems -Essential
- At least3 yearsof management experience in a care setting.
