Responsibilities
- Support the manufacturing of electrical components and assemblies by providing technical expertise.
- Support RF testing and validation to ensure design and component performance meet specifications
- Perform electrical diagnostics, PCB fault finding, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
- Analyse new and existing designs to ensure Design for Manufacture (DFM) criteria are met.
- Assess component life cycles and mitigate risks associated with obsolescence or reliability.
Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, production engineering, or technical role, ideally with RF, electronics or similar experience.
- Experience with engineering projects and delivering successful productivity improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with RF systems, analogue & digital circuits, antennas, and electronics manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in PCB design, assembly processes, and fault finding/troubleshooting.
