For over 45 years, this organisation has established a strong presence in its industry, operating across 14 countries. With continued growth, they are now looking for a fluent German-speaking Finance Manager to support their German operations

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager with experience in Germany to play a key role in overseeing financial operations, credit control, and compliance with German regulations.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Credit Control department with debt recovery services.
  • Ensuring effective financial risk management by reviewing customer credit limits.
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email, providing a high level of service.
  • Managing finance-related administrative tasks.
  • Liaising with German auditors and overseeing VAT and government submissions.
  • Effectively managing remote teams and collaborating across borders.

About You

You will be fluent in both German and English with strong communication skills. A background in finance within Germany is essential, including experience working with auditors and regulatory submissions. Strong IT skills, particularly advanced Excel, are required, alongside excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
