We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Client Tax Manager to join a prestigious and growing private client tax team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee the review process for all client-related work, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to manage client portfolios, including monitoring billing targets and financial performance.

  • Provide expert advisory services to clients, addressing both compliance and strategic tax planning needs.

  • Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance, feedback, and assistance to foster their professional development.

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in personal tax legislation and identify planning opportunities to benefit clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts to drive business growth and client retention.

  • Contribute to business development initiatives, leveraging existing client relationships and networking opportunities to generate new leads.

What We're Looking For:
  • Professional Qualifications: ATT/CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience: Proven experience in reviewing, preparing, and filing UK tax returns for private clients.

  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of private client tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to review and guide the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support.
