Job Summary:

The Corporate Co-Ordinator role is to offer first line support to the corporate account customer base, delivering a structured and consistent approach to all requests. Handle inquiries and requests from customers that can range from a fault on the service, invoicing and service queries. Find solutions to their issues and address their needs, handle customer complaints and initiate corrective actions. Involve other team members or departments if needed, follow up the progress and keep the customer updated

  • Delivering outstanding Customer Service to Franchisees and Stakeholders
  • Drive growth by upselling products and services
  • Building on established relationships with key personnel
  • Fully understand customers business requirements
  • Administrative duties including producing regular business reports
  • Ensuring orders are fulfilled seamlessly
  • Communicating fluidly with other departments
  • Ownership of customer requirements
  • Ability to implement new ideas and report concerns within the team
  • Updating and monitoring CRM system

Who you are

  • Experienced in Customer Service/Sales environments
  • Exceptional in written and oral communication
  • Able to develop knowledge, and acquire new skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to fluid change
  • Having a high attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel
